01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and jlbd5 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at jlbd5.io ("the Platform"). These Terms govern all access to and use of the Platform, including but not limited to account registration, gameplay, deposits, withdrawals, participation in promotions, and use of support services.

By accessing the Platform or completing the account registration process, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you, and that you accept these Terms without reservation. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the jlbd5 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

02 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The jlbd5 Platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or place any wager. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. jlbd5 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point during the account lifecycle. Accounts found to belong to persons under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and any funds therein may be withheld pending investigation.

2.2 Eligibility Restrictions

Registration on the Platform is permitted for eligible players operating within the Bangladesh market. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction. jlbd5 does not represent or warrant that use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the Platform. The following constitute violations that may result in account suspension and forfeiture of associated balances:

• Registering more than one account using the same identity, address, device, IP address, or payment method.
• Allowing a third party to access or operate your account.
• Sharing account credentials with any other person.
• Registering on behalf of another individual.

2.4 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the duration of your account. jlbd5 may request updated documentation at any time. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.

2.5 Account Verification (KYC)

jlbd5 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following before withdrawals are processed:

• Government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official document issued within the last three months).
• Proof of payment method (screenshot or confirmation of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account used for deposits).

Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 calendar days may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal rights until verification is complete.

03 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your password to any third party. jlbd5 recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling any available two-factor authentication features.

You agree to notify jlbd5 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. jlbd5 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your credentials. All activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — remains your responsibility until you report a breach and we confirm the account has been secured.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jlbd5 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are subject to the minimum and maximum limits published in the Cashier section of the Platform. These limits may be amended from time to time without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• jlbd5 does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may impose its own charges.
• Deposit funds are credited to your jlbd5 wallet upon confirmed receipt. Processing times depend on the payment method selected.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 unless otherwise stated for a specific promotion.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as your jlbd5 account.
• Before your first withdrawal, and at jlbd5's discretion thereafter, full KYC verification must be completed.
• Standard withdrawal processing time for bKash and Nagad is under 60 seconds for amounts under ৳50,000. Larger amounts or first-time withdrawals may take up to 24 hours.
• jlbd5 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or incomplete KYC documentation.
• Withdrawal of active bonus funds is subject to the wagering requirements set out in Section 5.

4.4 Currency

All account balances, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and transaction records on jlbd5 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). jlbd5 does not hold or process multi-currency accounts. Any conversion costs incurred by your bank or mobile financial service provider are your responsibility.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, jlbd5 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, tournament prizes, and other promotional incentives to registered players. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: Bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated on the individual promotion page.
• Game contributions: Different game categories contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage. Specific contribution rates are published with each promotion.
• Validity period: All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that have not been withdrawn before expiry are forfeited.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible Bangladesh-based players who have completed basic account registration. Some promotions require a qualifying deposit.
• One bonus at a time: You may only hold one active bonus at a time unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Abuse: jlbd5 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts, where it determines in its sole discretion that bonus abuse has occurred. This includes, without limitation, hedging bets across accounts, group play designed to meet wagering requirements at minimal risk, and exploitation of promotional errors.

06 Game Rules and Betting

All games available on the jlbd5 Platform — including casino slots, live dealer games, crash games, and sports betting markets — are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface or on the relevant sports betting page. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules applicable to any game or market before placing a wager.

• Finality of results: Once a wager has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, the result is final. jlbd5 will not reverse or amend settled bets except where a technical error has materially affected the outcome, as determined at jlbd5's sole discretion.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Each game and betting market carries its own minimum and maximum stake limits, displayed in the game interface or betting panel. jlbd5 may adjust these limits without prior notice.
• Malfunctions: In the event of a software malfunction, communication failure, or any technical issue that affects game play, jlbd5 reserves the right to void affected rounds or bets. No winnings from a demonstrably malfunctioning game will be paid.
• Live betting: In-play betting odds on cricket and other sports markets are updated in real time. jlbd5 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice. Bets accepted before a market suspension remain valid unless cancelled by jlbd5 due to a data error.
• Provider rules: For games powered by third-party providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Play'n GO, and others), the individual provider's game rules supplement these Terms. In the event of conflict, jlbd5's Terms prevail for account and payment matters, while provider rules govern game-specific mechanics.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jlbd5 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other players in any casino game, poker variant, or sports betting context.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed.
• Exploiting known software vulnerabilities, glitches, or errors in the Platform to accumulate winnings.
• Using the Platform to launder money or process transactions related to criminal activity.
• Impersonating another person or providing false identification documents during KYC verification.
• Attempting to access or tamper with another player's account, or the Platform's backend systems.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive communication with jlbd5 staff or other players via support channels.
• Using the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair jlbd5's servers or network infrastructure.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the jlbd5 Platform — including but not limited to the jlbd5 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the property of jlbd5 or its respective third-party licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of jlbd5.

09 Privacy and Data

jlbd5 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

jlbd5 uses industry-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and our servers. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and jlbd5 cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.

jlbd5 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Your data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, game suppliers, and regulatory bodies strictly as necessary to provide the services described in these Terms.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jlbd5 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Any loss of funds resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms, including losses arising from account suspension or forfeiture due to prohibited conduct.
• Interruptions to service, technical malfunctions, server downtime, or data loss caused by events outside jlbd5's reasonable control, including but not limited to power failures, internet outages, acts of government, or force majeure events.
• The conduct of third-party game providers, payment processors, or other service providers integrated with the Platform.
• Any financial losses incurred as a result of gambling activity on the Platform. Gambling involves inherent financial risk. You accept full responsibility for all wagering decisions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11 Account Suspension and Closure

11.1 Suspension by jlbd5

jlbd5 reserves the right to suspend or close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• You have engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
• Your account is the subject of a legal dispute, investigation, or regulatory inquiry.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Continued operation of your account poses a risk to jlbd5, other players, or the integrity of the Platform.

Upon closure for breach, any account balance may be retained by jlbd5 pending investigation. Where no breach is confirmed, net account balances (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via the original deposit method.

11.2 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting jlbd5 support at [email protected]. Before closure is processed, any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses will be assessed. Verified account balances (excluding forfeited bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within 5 business days of the closure request being approved.

12 Responsible Gaming

jlbd5 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all players in Bangladesh. The Platform is designed exclusively for adult entertainment, and gambling should never be viewed as a source of income or a way to resolve financial difficulties.

jlbd5 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered account holders:

• Session time reminders: Receive alerts after 30 or 60 minutes of continuous play.

13 Amendments to These Terms

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any change, you must stop using the Platform and contact support to request account closure.

14 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of jlbd5 and the jurisdiction in which the Company is registered.

In the event of a dispute regarding transactions, game outcomes, or bonus settlements, you should first contact jlbd5 support at [email protected] with a detailed description of the issue. jlbd5 will investigate and respond within 10 business days. jlbd5's decision on disputes relating to game outcomes, technical malfunctions, and bonus eligibility is final, subject only to demonstrable technical error.
